Welcome to my photographic world. I'm Karren Kraemer, a freelance nature photographer who specializes in landscape and wildlife.

Photographing wildlife and nature is very personal for me. The sense of joy and awe experienced while photographing wildlife and scenics in the natural world is one of life's greatest pleasures. I hope you too are able to experience some of the awe and inspiration I felt when making these images.
Prior to becoming a photographer, I was a teacher (and yes, I taught photography, among other things) and principal for nearly 30 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from San Jose State University, with "Great Distinction". I also have a Masters Degree from Claremont College.
